Well ladies and gents, here we are 5 months into the New Year and this is my first vid for 2007. I started it in December, but then school happened, and now finals and procrastination is happening, so it FINALLY got done (yay for end of the year senioritis!)

A little explanation to the song. This is sort of a John/Atlantis vid in the sense of Atlantis looking as John keeps putting himself in danger. Since my favorite fics are Sentient!Atlantis fics, I thought a vid of the same feel would be appropriate. AND it's a Sheppard vid! AT LAST!! Seriously, he's my fave character and yet I've made how many Rodney vids already?

Notes: This was written in response to the Sheppard H/C LJ community (sheppard_hc Secret Santa challenge. Needless to say, I was a little panicked when I got my prompt, considering how horrible I am with deadlines, but this is done not only on time but with days to spare! Yay! This is also the longest fic I have ever written, standing at 9,235 words. The only thing that rivals it is that thing that shall remain nameless that I wrote when I was 13.

This fic wouldn’t be what it is without the amazing help of nusuth. You made this happen. Thank you! Without you, this monster would have been half its size, quite literally. Thank you for answering my desperate emails and for editing this as it deserved; all subsequent mistakes are my own. Also, I blame the title on her. She told me to name it after an Eddie Izzard quote. *points finger!*

Dumd de dum! So I know I promised that my next vid was going to be a House M.D. vid, but I'm having trouble finding the clips I need because I'm not as obsessed with House as I am with SGA, and I just KNOW where the SGA scenes are, so it's SO much easier to vid it!
Anyway!! This was a special request by Leah (aka machingmonkey) who sent me the song and the lyrics and asked me to vid it for her. And I must admit that the song grew on my, just like "Drop the Pilot" did. And just like that vid, it was also ridiculously easy to vid. And I would have broken my record of 2 days vidding if it wasn't for Movie Maker kapooting when I had 40 seconds left to vid. Anyone want to buy me a vidding program? *puppy dig look* They're only somewhere between 60-40 bucks *blinkblink innocently*

And of course, this assulted me just when I had finally started on making a vid to Lifehouse 'Just Another Name', which I thought eveything was crap because 'Desperation Song' kept on playing over and over in my mind.

SO HERE IT IS! I would have made it in one day if Movie Maker wasn't such a bitch (HATEHATEHATEHATE!!!).
